The October 29 Oversight Board Meeting is a special meeting, held for the purpose of discussing specific topics listed on the agenda. A special meeting is not for general discussion on items outside of the agenda.

RCW 42.30.240(1), states that public comment must be taken at or before every regular meeting; it does not extend that requirement to special meetings.

Public comment will resume at the November 20 Board Meeting.
