Kiva has experience in Washington state government, most recently with OSPI, as well as with nonprofit research organizations. She has a strong track record of advancing complex projects that serve diverse and underserved populations. Her work includes supporting legislatively mandated committees, managing grants across their full lifecycle, and overseeing systems operations, with a focus on data-informed continuous improvement. She studied music and philosophy at Western Washington University.
Outside of work, Kiva enjoys spending time in nature and engaging with the arts as both an audience member and a creator. She plays cello and bass guitar and writes music.
